Traveling Tip #4F: Stretching On The Go!

Chest Stretch

This simple stretch can be done on any railing or counter.  Keep your arms straight and knees slightly bent.  Push your chest toward the ground. Exhale and hold.  Watch out for pick-pockets or strange creeps.
