Traveling Tip #4E: Stretching On The Go!

Jack-Knife Stretch
Stand in close to railing, hold firmly and lean back to pike position, hanging on arms, lifting toes off the ground.  Hold while allowing low back muscles to relax. Slowly drops hips to heals.  Push back out to pike position and then return to standing position.
