Travel Ideas
The most common question asked by clients and friends: "Dave - can you give ideas for when I'm traveling?"

FAT DOESN'T TAKE A HOLIDAY!

Whether we're traveling for business or pleasure, we must keep training.  NO EXCUSES!  A good workout can be challenging when we're away from our home turf.  I've had the privilege of staying in some pretty swanky hotels, checking out the fitness facilities.  The best hotels lease space to an actual fitness chain, allowing guests to use the facilities along with their regular membership.  These health clubs are typically run by operators who know what they're doing and maintain their equipment accordingly.

While some of the accommodations make you say, "Ooh La La!" it still surprises me how many high-end hotels have make shift gyms that make you say, "Oh #@%*!"  We've all experienced the "room-conversion" gym.  That's when they remove the beds, keep the head boards bolted to the wall and throw in some over-used pieces of equipment.  I usually head down the hallway to the stairwell to run stairs.

Here are some ideas for exercises you can do in your hotel room.
